Themes at hugo
themes.gohugo.io is the list of available options if you do not wish to create a theme of your own.
If you wish to create your own theme refer to this.

Note: make sure you git cloned the themes repo inside the themes subfolder of the hugo project directory.
You can add those themes to you site using any of the two ways:
1- via hogo command line
2- config file
