Install Ubuntu with windows on dual boot

Diskmgmt: From the search bar on windows start type ''disk until you get 'create and format hard disk partitions'.From there see the Unallocated space you have if not right click on the drive and select 'Shrink volume'. You will soon see the unallocated space be created for you!

Backup and Recovery: Make sure you have a backup option available make your hard drive to use.

Burn Ubuntu ISO: Download the iso from here and burn it on a cheap DVD by right-clicking and choosing burn it to disk.

Boot menu: Power off the system and then power on while pressing 'esc' (for hp laptops) and then press f10 to enter the boot menu.There disable secure boot and rearrange for primary boot option
USB CD DVD.
